Chicken Masala


  • 1 kg chicken (legs , wings, and breast fillet into pieces)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 clove of garlic (crushed)
  • 2 tablespoons Masala spices
  • 3 celery
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • Directions:

    Heat the oil in the pan.
    Fry the onion and garlic for 2 minutes.
    Put the chicken pieces to the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
    Add the masala spices.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    If necessary, add 500 ml of water if you want extra sauce .
    The chicken about 30 minutes . Simmer with lid on low heat.
    Stirring occasionally .
    Ca. 5 minutes before serving chopped celery through it and gently stir .

    Serve with rice , roti or potatoes.
